In dentistry, effective sterilization requires both heat and pressure, as recommended by global health authorities like the World Health Organization (WHO), which endorses autoclave use. We strictly follow worldwide hygiene standards, ensuring a safe environment. Our sterilization process is meticulously monitored internally and externally, guaranteeing the highest level of cleanliness and patient safety.

OUR PRIORITIES

At Eray Şahinsev Dental Clinic, your health and safety are our top priorities. We employ the most advanced sterilization and disinfection methods, complemented by the following rigorous precautions:

All patients wear disposable shoe covers (galoshes) to maintain cleanliness.
Hands are thoroughly disinfected before and after treating each patient.
Disposable gloves are worn for every patient to ensure hygiene.
Disposable face masks are used to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria.
Metal instruments are cleaned, soaked in disinfectant for 24 hours, rinsed with water, packaged, sealed, and sterilized in an autoclave using high-pressure steam and heat. These instruments are then stored in sterile wraps until their next use.
Dental drills are immersed in disinfectant fluid after each treatment.
All potentially contaminated surfaces—such as curing lights, dental chairs, and air-water syringes—are meticulously cleaned with disinfectant solutions.
Wherever possible, disposable materials are utilized to prevent cross-infection. Items like plastic cups, saliva ejectors, patient covers, gloves, and anesthesia injectors are discarded as medical waste immediately after use.
